Elevate All
Elevate All is our social value framework. It reflects our B Corp values and our belief that infrastructure, engineering, and consultancy should deliver positive outcomes for society, communities, and the environment, alongside commercial success.
What began as a simple initiative to support disabled job seekers has grown into a structured, measurable programme that enables our people to connect personal purpose with meaningful impact.
Why we have created Elevate all:
Social value should not sit alongside the business. It should be built into how decisions are made, how people are supported, and how projects are delivered.
Elevate All exists to ensure our contribution to society is intentional, measurable, and continuously improving. It provides a clear framework for identifying, approving, and delivering initiatives that benefit people, places, and the planet, while supporting our clients’ own social value objectives.
Elevate All supports our obligations and commitments under the Social Value Act and public sector procurement policy, where social value forms a core part of tender evaluation.
It also aligns with our B Corp certification and our wider environmental, social, and governance approach, providing clients with confidence that our commitments are embedded, not aspirational.

How Elevate All works:
Elevate All is delivered through three clear commitments.
Invest time
We enable and encourage our people to take an active role in community projects, volunteering, mentoring, and education support.
Invest expertise
We provide pro bono technical, strategic, and professional support to charities, VCSEs, and aligned organisations, using the same rigour we apply to client work.
Invest financially
We provide charitable and financial support to organisations that align with our purpose and values, subject to clear governance and approval.
Governance
Elevate All operates through a defined governance structure that ensures initiatives are properly scoped, approved, delivered, and recorded.
Each initiative operates under its own internal project plan, with clear objectives, resourcing, and outcomes. At a framework level, we track participation, time invested, and quantified social value contribution across each financial year.
This ensures our commitments are auditable, credible, and aligned with recognised public sector expectations.
